I’m Michael Riffe, a hobbyist and amateur landscape photographer based in Foley, Alabama. Photography is more than simply taking pictures for me—it’s about getting outside, exploring new places, and capturing the moments that make a place memorable.

From quiet Gulf Coast mornings and colorful sunrises to mountains, rivers, forests, and the unexpected beauty found along the way, I enjoy chasing the light and finding landscapes that tell a story. I’m especially drawn to sunrise and long-exposure photography, where patience and timing can transform an ordinary scene into something extraordinary.
